I have just applied for the marathon to run for Water Aid and am nervously planning my training for the next few months. At the moment, I attend the gym most days a week and run 5k each Saturday in a ParkRun runners club. I have such a long way to go and am hoping interval training and regular running sessions will get me there.
Planning on doing an update a week based around my training and how fundraising is going.
